OP.No.820 of 2022 dated 12.01.2022 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.C.VISHWANTH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No. 820 of 2022 dated 12.01.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is not complying the bail condition imposed by this Court.
