Crl.M.P No.8987 of 2022 in Crl.O.P No.8537 of 2013 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for extension of time for a further period of 6 months to complete the investigation and to file a final report as per the directions given by this Court by its order dated 20.09.2021 made in Crl.M.P No.9014 of 2021 in Crl.O.P No.8537 of 2013.

2. The Investigation Officer has filed an affidavit stating that the investigation is pending with regard to identification of trespassers as well as engaging the trespassers and hence, she seeks time for a further period of 6 months to complete the investigation.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Court is inclined to extend the time for a further period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order to complete the investigation. It is made clear that no further time will be granted.
