PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the first respondent to provide police protection to the life of the petitioner and his family members as and when situation warrants.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction, directing the the first respondent to provide police protection https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to the life of the petitioner and his family members. 2.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, it was issued in C.No.6 of 2020. Thereafter, the petitioner did not appear before the first respondent for enquiry.

Considering the above submission, the petitioner is directed to appear before the first respondent and he is also directed to produce all the connected materials and on his appearance, the first respondent is directed to conduct the enquiry in C.No.6 of 2020, after issuing notice to the counter parties and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
