Comp.A.No.117 of 2021 in C.P.No.57 of 1998 R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.

This application has been filed by the learned Official Liquidator seeking ratification of the action of the Official Liquidator in expending amounts for the maintenance of the Administrator Office and payment of salary to the staffs therein.

2. Considering the fact that the application for appointment of fresh Administrator is pending and the people assisting the Administrator are continuing to perform their duties and accepting the report of the Official Liquidator, this application is allowed.
