This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.9999 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.14806 of 2021 on 30.09.2021 to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till the filing of charge sheet, thereafter, appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
