Since the prayer in the Writ Petition lies in a narrow compass, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal. 2.

The Tribunal for Disciplinary Proceedings, Coimbatore submitted an Enquiry Report to the 1st respondent on 30.03.2012. The petitioner was asked to give his comments on the said report. Accordingly, he also gave a representation dated 02.08.2013. But no final order is passed. Hence, the present Writ Petition. 3.

In this regard, the petitioner made various representations and the last one is dated 06.06.2015.

In those circumstances, the 1st respondent is directed to pass final orders in C.No.1266/2008/A1 dated 28.01.2010 in TDP Case No.110/2008, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order, since the petitioner was not permitted to retire when he reached the age of superannuation on 31.03.2008 based on the pendency of the aforesaid proceedings. 5.
