ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing on 23.11.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence, the matter was directed to be posted today under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2.The Civil Revision Petition has been filed for the early disposal of O.S.No.28 of 2012, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Ponneri. From the records, it is seen that the said suit itself has been dismissed by the Judgment dated 16.12.2017 and nothing survives in the Civil Revision Petition.
3.In view of the above, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
