ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction, directing the the second respondent to provide adequate police protection on the petitioner's complaint dated 01.07.2020.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on receipt of the complaint, the FIR was registered in Cr.1663 of 2020 as against the accused persons and the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the above submission, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
