The Official Liquidator, High Court, Madras v. Nil

Comp.A.No.118 of 2021 in C.P.No.57 of 1998 R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.

This application has been filed by the learned Official Liquidator seeking permission to re-adjudicate certain claims which have been allowed by oversight.

2. Considering the report of the learned Official Liquidator and the reasons set out therein, I am of the opinion that the re-adjudication is necessary.

3. Hence, this application is allowed.
