2. The petitioner is working as Head Constable in Central Industrial Security Force.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner made a representation dated 14.02.2015 to give pay to the petitioner on par with his junior.
4. In view of the limited prayer made, the 5th respondent is directed to pass orders on the representation dated 14.02.2005, on merits and in accordance with law, within twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to send a copy of this order enclosing the aforesaid representation dated 14.02.2005 to the 5th respondent. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
