Prayer in W.P.No.18919 of 2015 :-Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of Mandamus,forbearing the respondents from interfering with the petitioner right to keep the two Digital Banners or Placards or Sign Boards relating to his business which are erected in the premises of petitioner shop situate at No.601 Anna Salai Gemini Tower Chennai-6 in conformity with Rule 11 of Tamil Nadu Urban Local Bodies (Permission for Erection of Digital Banners and Placard) Rules 2011 without following the procedure.
