..Respondent(s) PRAYER - This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.12.2025 and pay petitioner compensation by fixing the value of the land at Rs 50,000/- per cent with all other benefits as per the Land Acquisition Act with interest on solatium with all other benefits in the light of the decree and judgement passed by the Honourable Supreme court of Indian in Civil Appeal Nos.9531 and 9532 of 2018 dated 12.09.2018 fixing

compensation at the rate of Rs.50,000/-per cent with all other benefits as per L.A. Act.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to pay the enhanced compensation to the petitioner on par with others, who are having the benefit of the order dated 18.02.2025 passed in W.P.No.4701 of 2025 on the file of this Court.

2. The petitioner had given a representation for the aforesaid purpose to the respondents on 23.12.2025. Since the said representation was not considered, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 3 and Mr.B.Sanjay Balachandar, learned Standing Counsel, accepts notice on behalf of second respondent.

4. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation, as stated supra, is considered on merits and in accordance with

law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

5. For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 23.12.2025 seeking for enhancement of compensation on par with others, who are having the benefit of the order dated 18.02.2025 passed in W.P.No.4701 of 2025 after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and the orders passed by this Court in the writ petitions and the writ appeal within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
