Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. to relax the condition of appearing before the respondent police once in a week at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.3911 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.32239 of 2019 in Cr.No.281 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.3911 of 2020 dated 06.05.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.32239 of 2019 to report before the respondent police once in a week at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the condition.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.3911 of 2020 dated 06.05.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.32239 of 2019 is relaxed.
