ORDER
(DELIVERED BY DR. S.VIMALA, J.) This petition has been filed by the daughter of the detenu, seeking direction to the respondents to grant leave to her father, namely S.A.Basha, S/o.Abdul Rahman, Life Convict No.3244, aged about 78 years, now confined in the Central Prison, Coimbatore.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in consonance with the view expressed by this Court, the Authorities concerned have revised the order granting permission for one week to the detenu which includes the night stay also. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
The letter dated 21.07.2018 is also produced to that effect.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner requested this Court that the Superintendent shall consult with the detenu to finalize the date.
4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed. The Superintendent shall finalize the date after consulting the detenu.
