This application is filed seeking interim injunction restraining the respondent from obtaining Transfer Certificate for the Minor children Minor Duwarak studying IV Standard and Minor Karan Hari studying III standard from the school Kola Perumal Chetty Vaishnav Senior Secondary School Arumbakkam, Chennai - 600 106 without the consent of the petitioner. When these matters were taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the prayer in both the applications have become infructuous and the learned counsel for the petitioner also not objected the same.
