2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submits that the petitioner, who was earlier granted bail, had threatened the witnesses and therefore, the bail was cancelled. The trial could not be commenced in this case due to non-cooperation and the accused totalling 24 in number, are alternatively filing discharge petitions to delay the trial.
