O R D E R

The limited prayer sought for in the present Civil Revision Petition is for speedy disposal of the interim application in I.A.No.4184 of 2018 in I.A.No.1558 of 2018 in O.P.No.3860 of 2017.

2. It is seen that the said application was filed on 17.07.2018 and the counter affidavit has also been filed. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the arguments has also been advanced by learned counsel on both sides.

3. As such, it would be appropriate to call upon the Family Court to dispose of the same expeditiously.

4. In the light of the above, the learned VI Additional Family Court Judge, Chennai is called upon to expedite the proceedings in I.A.No.4184 of 2018 in I.A.No.1558 of 2018 in O.P.No.3860 of 2017 and pass appropriate orders within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

5. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition stands ordered accordingly. No costs.
