O R D E R

The petitioner filed this petition to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4947 of 2020 on 25.06.2020 that the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.7,50,000/- (Rupees Seven Lakhs Fifty Thousand only) to the credit of Crime No.43 of 2020, within a period of four weeks from the date on which the order copy made ready.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. This Court is of the view that the order dated 25.06.2020 has been passed after considering the issue involved in detail. Further, no valid ground is raised by the petitioner to modify the said condition.
