COMMON ORDER The present Civil Revision Petitions are laid by the petitioner seeking to dispose of I.A. Nos.1 and 2 of 2022 in O.S. No.448 of 2022 pending on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore is now required to dispose of I.A. Nos.1 and 2 of 2022 in O.S. No.448 of 2022, within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order, at any rate, not later than June, 2022.

4.With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petitions stand disposed of. No costs.
