PRAYER: This Contempt petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Court Act, praying to initiate contempt proceedings against the respondent for the wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 23.03.2018 passed in W.P.No.33881 of 2012.

O R D E R

This Contempt petition is filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the respondent herein for the wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 23.03.2018 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ passed in W.P.No.33881 of 2012.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mrs.P.Kavitha, learned Government Advocate produced a proceedings issued by the Head of the Teachers Recruitment Board made in Na.Ka.No.4834/R5/L3/2015 dated 10.01.2019 in which the order of this Court in W.P.No.35364 of 2012, dated 06.07.2017 has been complied with and the petitioner also got the appointment order. The learned counsel for the petitioner agreed the same by receiving the copy of the order.

4. Recording the submissions made by both parties, this Contempt petition is closed. No costs.
