Prayer:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, Calling for the records relating to the 1st respondent proceeding Na.Ka.No. A2/009/16 dated 26.05.2016 and quash the same consequently direct the respondents 1 to 4 to allow the petitioner to be a joint Signatory of the cheque of the Kokkarasanpatti Village Panchayat.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to quash the proceedings of the 1st respondent dated 26.05.2016 and consequently, direct the respondents 1 to 4 to allow the petitioner to be a joint Signatory of the cheque of the Kokkarasanpatti Village Panchayat.

2. When the case was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. He also made an endorsement in the bundle to that effect. 2/4

3. Such view of the matter, this writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
