The learned Additional Advocate General submitted that the order passed by the Writ Court in W.P.No.17734 of 2023 dated 15.06.2023 has been complied with.

2.In view of the said submission, the disobedience alleged against the respondent cannot be termed to be willful in nature. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
