After arguing the matter at length, when this Court is not inclined to pass orders in favour of the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the civil revision petition. He has also made an endorsement seeking permission to withdraw the revision petition. Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn without giving any liberty to the petitioner.
