ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed in Paragraph No.6(b) in Crl.O.P.No.1792 of 2026 dated 04.02.2026, wherein the

petitioner was directed to appear before the Trial Court concerned daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), appearing for the respondent, opposed the petitioner for relaxation on the ground that there are 8 previous cases against the petitioner, and this is a case of dacoity. He further submitted that the petitioner has not been cooperating with the investigation.

3. However, considering the compliance of the petitioner with the conditions from 24.02.2026, the condition imposed in Paragraph No.6(b) in Crl.O.P.No.1792 of 2026 dated 04.02.2026 is modified to the effect that 'the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court concerned on alternative days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders'.
