In the present case, the learned Advocate Commissioner was appointed by this Court vide order dated 10.06.2024, wherein this Court directed the applicant to pay a sum of Rs.30,000/- as initial remuneration to the learned Advocate Commissioner.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the said amount was paid to the learned Advocate Commissioner by the applicant. Further, he would submit that the dispute has been amicably settled between the parties and hence, he seeks the leave of this Court to withdraw this application.

Recording the above submission, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
