ORDER

By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition for a mandamus directing the respondents to pass orders on his application dated 20.05.2017 seeking for cancellation of patta issued to Dhanalashmi Education Trust and to issue him patta in respect of property measuring to an extent of Acre 0.27 cents, Northern portion of S.No.572/4A of Vardharajapuram Village, Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kancheepuram District within a time frame. 3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted representation dated 20.05.2017, but, the same is yet to be disposed of by the respondents. However, the learned counsel submitted that it would suffice, if the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the respondents with a fresh representation to ventilate his grievances. 4.Mr.V.

Shanmugasundar, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents, has no serious objection in granting such relief to the petitioner, provided the petitioner submits all the required documents. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court permits the petitioner to submit a fresh representation enclosing the copy of the representation dated 20.05.2017 and all other required documents in support of his claim along with a copy of this order to the third respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

On such submission, the third respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties including Dhanalakshmi Educational Trust, within a period of six weeks thereafter. 6.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
