Chinnu Muthappan v. The District Collector

W.M.P.No.11408 of 2019 in W.P.No.9750 of 2019 DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN,J.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he has inadvertently mentioned the name of the fourth respondent as the Forest Conservation Officer, Krishnagiri instead of Settlement Officer (Forest), Krishnagiri.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the fourth respondent is an official of Revenue Department and the designation of Settlement Officer is authorised for forest office.

3. In view of the above facts, this petition is ordered accordingly. The Registry is directed to carry out the amendment.
