This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to hold enquiry under Section 151 PSO on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 24.06.2020 to secure the ends of justice.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

petitioner feels aggrieved by the alleged action of the police officials, the petitioner can approach the superior officer of the police officials and even if there is no action, the only remedy available for the petitioner is to approach the concerned learned Judicial Magistrate with proper complaint and seek appropriate remedy in the manner known to law. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
