ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] Petitioner seeks custody of a minor child informing that the child is his son, who has been in the custody of fourth respondent since the death of the petitioner's wife in the year 2013.

2. A perusal of the affidavit of the petitioner informs that in Guardian Original Petition No.39 of 2014 before the learned Principal District Judge, Krishnagiri and under orders dated 05.04.2016, he has been permitted the custody of the minor child.
