This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1150 of 2021 dated 04.02.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission and considering the nature of offence the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall comply with the condition in all Tuesday and Thursday morning at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
