2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has been signing before the trial Court monthly once.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, petitioner finds it difficult for him to comply the above condition.

4. However, this Court finds no merits in the petition seeking relaxation of the condition and accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
