(CR.NO.2/2018) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition (i.e) the petitioner shall report before the trial court once a week i.e. on every monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Hon'ble court Crl.OP.No.400/2021 dated on 22.01.2021 in Crime No.2 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.RAMACHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.400 of 2021 dated 22.01.2021.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is regularly complying the condition.

3. Recording the same, the petition for relaxation is allowed with the condition to report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
