This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition as imposed in the order dated 08.02.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.2754 of 2023 that the petitioner should report before the respondent police on alternative days at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3.
