V.Thangavel (Died) v. Govindan,

C.M.P.No.260/2012 in CMSA.No.19/2006 NKKJ The petition has been filed to bring on record the petitioners 2 to 7 as legal heirs of the sole appellant who died on 24/02/2011. To prosecute the case, the legal heirs of the deceased appellant is necessary.

Accordingly, the petition is ordered.
