By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
2.The petitioner would state that he is the owner of the land admeasuring to an extent of 2400 square feet, in Plot No.95, Shri Srinivasa Nagar, No.42, Vellanur Village, Ambattur Taluk, Thiruvallur District, comprised in Survey Nos.355/1, 355/2B and 352/1B, by virtue of a registered sale deed dated 11.5.2005, (Document No.2689/2005 - SRO, Avadi) and claims to be in continuous possession and enjoyment of the same.
3.The petitioner would further state that the above said land was subdivided as Survey Nos.352/23 and 355/53 and he was issued with a patta by the first respondent in Patta No.4727, and subsequently, approached the third respondent with a request to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
enter his name in the village and other connected records and in this connection, also submitted a representation dated 17.6.2014, and since no response is forthcoming, came forward to file this writ petition.
4.Heard the submissions of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mrs.P.Rajalakshmi, learned Government Advocate, who accepted notice on behalf of the respondents. 5.Though the petitioner prayed for a larger relief, this Court, without going into the merits of the representation, directs the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.6.2014, after putting on notice, the persons concerned, and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as to the persons concerned.
