This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents police not to harass petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that, there are four cases pending as against the petitioner and he was acquitted in two cases viz., C.C.No.120 of 2013 and C.C.No.54 of 2016 and the other two cases are in FIR stage.

4. It is seen that there are two cases pending as against this petitioner. Hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. However, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the pending cases registered as against this petitioner and to file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
