Crl.A.No.714 of 2022 Crl.A.No.714 of 2022 P.VELMURUGAN, J., On 10.11.2022, while pronouncing judgment, this Court directed the respondents to appear before this Court today, ie., on 21.11.2022, "for questioning on sentence".

2. Since it is a reversal judgment and also the offence is under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, opportunity was given to the respondents as to whether they are ready to settle the matter or to pay the entire cheque amount.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the respondents have not appeared, instead, their counsel appeared before this Court and undertakes to produce the respondents/accused before this Court. Based on the undertaking given by the learned counsel for the respondents, the matter is posted on 23.11.2022 and the respondents' counsel is directed to produce the respondents on 23.11.2022 before this Court, failing which, it is made clear that warrant will be issued on the respondents.
