By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself 2.

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 5 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.02.2024 for cancellation of patta, which was issued based on wrong measurement in survey map and to issue joint patta in favour of the petitioner and his brother, namely Gurusamy.

The grievance of the petitioner is that while issuing patta, the description has been wrongly noted. In this regard, the petitioner has given a representation to the respondents on 28.02.2024 and the same has not been considered by the respondents.

Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.02.2024 and pass appropriate orders, on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
