(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) This habeas corpus petition has been filed by the petitioner, who is the husband of the detenue, viz.,Sasi aged about 27 years, seeking direction to the respondent to produce her before this Court and set her at liberty. 2.The respondent has produced the detenue viz., Sasi before us today(04.06.2019).
