Prayer in W.P.No. 9499/2020: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to cancel the (final year) final semester examination in connection with the professional colleges and other colleges controlled by the Universities and deemed Universities for the academic year 2019-2020 and declare the entire students who have applied for hall tickets with their professional degree courses and other degree courses, with their professional colleges and other colleges for the (final year) final semester exams in connection with the academic year of 2019-2020 to have passed, their respective final semester examination or any other direction.
Prayer in W.P.No. 9546 /2020: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorari calling for the records relating to the communication issued by the third respondent vide D.O.No.F-1-1/2020 (Secy) dated 6th July 2020 as per the recommendation of the UGC revised Guidelines dated Nil published on its website on 06.07.2020 and quash the same as unreasonable, arbitrary, against the public interest and violative of Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India.
