sms 2.When the matter is takenup for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that in this case, investigation has been completed and final report also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Walajapet and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.19 of 2023.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, the criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
