This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 16.04.2022 to Survey the lands and putting up boundary stones herein pertaining to the property situated at Kallapuram Village, Udumalpet Taluk, Tirupur District in Survey No.466/B7 of an extent of 0.41.5 Hectares.
2. The case of the petitioner is that he is the owner of the property comprised in Survey No.466/B7 of an extent of 0.41.5 hectares situated at Kallapuram Village, Udumalpet Taluk, Tirupur District. In order to survey the land and put up the boundary stones, the petitioner has made a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
representation dated 16.04.2022 before the respondents. However, till date, the petitioner's representation was not considered by the respondents. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the aforesaid relief.
3. Though very many grounds have been raised in this Writ Petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice if this Court issues direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.04.2022 and pass orders on merits within a particular time frame that may be fixed by this Court.
4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents has no objection for the said order being passed.
5. Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.04.2022 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as aggrieved persons if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
