Crl.O.P.No.8566 of 2024 T.V.THAMILSELVI.,J The petitioner/A2 who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 341, 324, 506(ii) of I.P.C r/w 4 of TNPHW Act in Crime No.63 of 2024, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner due to previous enmity, had waylaid the defacto complainant and her husband, abused and assaulted them and pulled her tuft and kicked him and also threatened them with dire consequences Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is arrested by the respondent police.
