When the matter was listed for hearing on 27.11.2017, the learned counsel appearing for the appellants reported no instructions. Hence, the Registry was directed to send drafted notice to the appellants returnable by 11.12.2017.

2. Pursuant to the orders of this Court, the Registry sent drafted notice to the appellants, which were duly served on the appellants on 07.12.2017 and 13.12.2017 respectively.

3. Though the names of the appellants have been printed in the cause list, none appeared on behalf of the appellants on 21.12.2017. Hence, the Registry was directed to list the Appeal under the caption "for dismissal" on 22.12.2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
