This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records pertaining to the charge sheet in S.C.No.355 of 2019, on the file of the Mahila Court, Special Court for Exclusive Trial for POCSO Act Cases, Chennai and quash the same.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
