The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to issue a direction, directing the respondent to return all the properties, standing in the name of the petitioner herein, seized from her custody in connection with FIR in Crime No.18/AC/2018 or forward the same to Jurisdictional Court. 2.The petitioner has approached this Court directly, without invoking the relevant provisions under Chapter XXXIV of the Cr.P.C.,. Thereby the petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., before this Court, seeking for the above remedy is not maintainable.
