This petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first and second respondents to take appropriate action against the respondents 3 and 4 by preventing them from interfering with my possession and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on a complaint lodged by the petitioner (Ref. No.484 of 2020), the third respondent conducted detailed enquiry and during enquiry, the petitioner had withdrawn his complaint and approached the Civil Court for appropriate relief.
3. Considering the submissions made, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
