ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Ms.P.Arthi, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, for respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.K.Soundararajan, learned counsel for the third respondent.
2. It is submitted that the petitioner has passed away.
3. This Court on 15.11.2016 had passed a detailed order giving directions. We hope and trust the same are complied with.
4. In case the same are not complied with or further derelictions are found, the aggrieved party would be entitled to file a writ petition.
5. The writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
