CRIEM NO.26/2022 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner is directed to stay at Villupuram and report before the Villupuram Town Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.7482 of 2022 dated 31.03.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. V.MURUGESAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.7482 of 2022 dated 31.03.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation substantially completed and the petitioner is complying the condition.

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7482 of 2022 dated 31.03.2022 is relaxed and the petition is ordered accordingly. The petitioner is directed to report before https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30.a.m., until further orders instead of the petitioner was directed to stay at Villupuram and report before Villupuram Town police daily at 10.30 a.m. -sd/- 29/04/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
