Prayer in W.P.No.11714 of 2023 : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a direction in the nature of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in the impugned award in Industrial Dispute No.60 of 2019 on 28.02.2023 passed by the Labour Court, Kanchipuram, and quash the same and direct the respondent to grant petitioner full backwages from the date of petitioner's termination on 23.02.2018 and pass such further orders.

Mr.D.Prabhu Mukunth Arun Kumar C O M M O N O R D E R These writ petitions are filed challenging the impugned Awards passed by the Labour Court, Kanchipuram, in I.D.No.60 of 2019 and I.D.No.710 of 2018 dated 28.02.2023 and direct the respondents to grant petitioner full 2/4
backwages from the date of petitioners termination.
2. Learned counsel on either side submitted that the parties have amicably settled the matter between themselves under 18(1) settlement.
3. Mr.G.Gurumoorthy and Mr.S.Ponnusamy, both writ petitioners, are present before this Court, and their appearances are dispensed with.
4. Mr.Alexander, HR Manager of the Company, is also present before this Court, and his appearance is dispensed with.
5. The respondent Managements has drawn a Demand Draft in favour of the petitioner (G.Gurumoorthy in W.P.No.11714 of 2023) to the tune of Rs.12,74,599/- [Rupees Twelve Lakh Seventy Four Thousand Five Hundred Ninety] through Shinhan Bank vide Cheque No.134722 dated 29.08.2024 and also in favour of the petitioner (S.Ponnusamy in W.P.No.11862 of 2023) to the tune of Rs.13,09,882/- [Rupees Thirteen Lakh Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty Two] through Shinhan Bank vide Cheque No.134723 dated 29.08.2024.
